# 2X troubles

Does anyone know why the 2X lines don’t meet up? Same results while using the polygon and simple trace. All of the latest updates done, 2X- end of the rail calibration done. The simple trace corner clicks don’t end up in the correct location. The machine is calibrated and the droid and table are machinist’s level flat.

Red line is drawn from the side of my 4 foot level. Clicked 2 points on the red line with the stylus. Moved the “y” down .500”. The lines are crooked, don’t line up and angled.

where is your plasma cutter in relation to the X2? I had to move my plasma cutter about 4’ away to get my X2 to act normal.

The plaz was not the problem. The plaz wasn’t even plugged in. I re-leveled everything with a machinists level vs. carpenter level. The lines are no longer skewed. I still have about 1/8" gap to figure out vs. the 1/2" + gap. I think some of it is from my plasma torch calibration. My stylus calibration point to point on the calibration triangle come out to 313mm but the torch point to points are all a ways from 313mm. I am getting closer but not done yet.

Any more updates on this? Mine has decided to cut crooked/skewed lines and I can’t fix it. Calibration shows good, belts are the correct tension, arm is tight etc.
