I found a nice little trick, you know on your rectangle you can round the end by half of the height I figuered out by reducing your number you can make round corners on a box. Example take100 mm box hit CR and put in a value of 12.5mm or (100÷8=12.5) you get nice rounded corners and straight lines. I’ve not cut it yet I need to get some steel, if any body tries it let me know how it turns out.

Yes you can make the corner radius (CR) to what you want that was an upgrade a few months back.
