Plus controller issues

Hi I just got a plus controller

I installed the new pcb done all the updates , my issue is I loose my arc the tourch lowers to the steel eases as per normal but once the arc strikes it stops immediately the arm itself continues screen doesn’t loose power re cal machine changed consumables cleaned tourch checked trigger wire. Any help would be great ps old screen as working just fine plasma is a Cigweld cut 60

I had similar behavior when my ground was poor. It would start up but as soon as the “strike mode” was done the arc would quit.

Make sure you are grounding to the work, not the table.

Got it sorted now cheers was a drop in air pressure
