I can not purchase arcdroid via card or PayPal.
Tried a few times it blocked my card, this has now been unblocked and yet still won’t work.

Sounds like you need to contact the bank that issued your card.
Agreed. Probably some fraud prevention kicking it for the bank. A large transaction like this likely needs to be pre-approved with the card issuer.
We used to have to tell our bank we would be traveling to make sure our card was not declined.
