Black Screen on Controller ?!

Has anyone had their controller go black in the middle of using the arcdroid ? I had just finished a cut and had repositioned the arm, and the controller all of a sudden went black as if it had lost power. Checked all of the cords etc and cant get it to come back on or even flicker. Is there a fuse or something somewhere that I can check, or any other ideas on what might have happened ?

Im having a similar problem, however my machine was exposed to a sudden rain shower. (Long stupid story lol) anyways, i was able to dry it out but the next day it went black. Im waiting for advice from arcdroid now.
