Enable THC on Arcdroid

I am looking to enable THC on my Arcdroid to use with a Hypertherm 45XP.
i have sent the serial number to info@arcdroidcnc.com but have had no response. What is the correct process to receive an unlock code for this feature?

I also contacted them via email few weeks ago and received no reply. I have the plasma cutter they sell.

Thinking about calling them.

That is the email address I got my code from. Keep pestering them. I am running an upgraded 45xp. Hit me up if you need some help.

I sent another email and they have responded. just make sure you attach a picture of the serial number plate of your arcdroid as typing it does not suffice.
