I tried to pre order the new ArcDroid controller but the website says it cannot be delivered to my address. I had my ArcDroid delivered to my address without any difficulty, why the change?? @Andrew is there a problem delivering to Alaska now??
Yes sadly.
We don’t have a domestic service that will stop from our US warehouse to Alaska or Hawaii.
We have to ship from our HK office. And give the orange one’s Tariff dance that means you would be on the hook for 25% or maybe 35% or who knows what depending on his whim. I’m pretty sure you don’t want that bill when the UPS guys shows up
We regularly reassess these things but it’s been so chaotic for the last year that nobody is quite sure what to charge when.
Well have another look and maybe it’s a little more viable now. Stay tuned
If you can ship to Idaho, I have a forwarding service there that I use for companies that will not ship to Alaska.
I used a forwarding service in Idaho and my order went through just fine.
