I just sent an email to info@ but has anyone else had this issue and if so is there a fix without sending it in.

I think I’ve seen this same problem posted here before. Remembering correctly, it was a bad screen and the user was able to replace it themselves.

after I made the initial post I saw those, I sent an email and left a message, I hope I can I can get it fixed quickly
