I downloaded the software and firmware updates and then uploaded them to the arcdroid. The arcdroid acted as though it was accepting the uploads, but when I checked the version being run it appears that’s not the case. Any suggestions?
There is a post further down where the owner had reformatted the SD card and was able to download and update successfully, maybe try this,
