How to cut honeycomb pattern?

Hi there I’m totally new about this. I’d like to cut multiple honeycomb patterns on a given area. How do I do this? I assume I have to create it some where like fusion 360 or a cad program?

Pretty simple actually… I did this in about 20 seconds in Simple Trace

Use the shapes menu to draw a hexagon, and then draw a second one up and to the right from that at the correct spacing.

Then choose the transform button.

then Choose “pattern”

And simply input the number you want in each direction and the spacing…boom instant honeycomb pattern
