I just wanted to give a big Thank You to the Arcdroid Customer Service Team. I had been playing around in the settings section of the new software update, and went where I had no idea where I was and what I was doing. Before I knew what went wrong, I BRICKED my Arcdroid!!! One email to Customer Support, and less than ONE HOUR LATER I had a response, and a file sent to me to fix my stupidity. That my friends is what Customer Service is all about.
To anyone out there that is still on the fence about buying one of these marvelous machines, and the customer service they might need, get off the pot and just place your order. No company out there gives better service when help is needed. Me getting off my soapbox now👍
