PLEASE HELP i have no data

Hey I just purchase the arcdroid and the usb flash drive was corrupt ,I could only get the red screen. So I replaced it with another 32g usb drive that i format to FAT32 and went to your site and download the new firmware and stylus. i inserted usb drive in the arcdroid and press reset and now it says" Insert the usb drive with the required files. Can anyone help me?

Thanks Brad, I called that number 6 times and it doesn’t ring just hangs up. For me this is a lot of money for me to invest to not be able to get in touch with someone

You weren’t able to leave a message at that number? You can also email to Andrew@arcdroidcnc.com or right here on the forum. He is usually get back in contact within a couple of days. Just keep trying I am sure he will get you going. Good luck.

Thanks i did email them on 2 different sites and they don’t have answering service

I have had times when it has taken him a week or so to reply. Some times he is in Hongkong where they are built. I understand your desire to get the arcdriod going. It is a great machine. Good luck

Did you unzip the file ?

Did you download both to the USB or one to a micro Sd card make sure you don’t have them flipped

Simple Trace goes on the stick and filmware goes on the SD card. Do not forget too unzip the files.

Thanks everyone for the help. I made the mistake in downloading all the downloads and placing it on my thumb drive . Arcdroid email me the next day and help me work out a solution. I really want to know what this machine can do. This is a lot of money for me but knowing that the help is there is great.

Yup. The key is not to panic. Tech support is great and the only problems I’ve had were of my own making!
