Not happy with the Arcdroid

Got my Arcdroid on 1/8/2026, still having problems, calibration problems, found a washer inside the Arcdroid, needs a new motherboard.

Still waiting.

Can’t send it back because I don’t have the original boxes.

Andrew is a busy guy. May be in Hong Kong…. He has always been extremely helpful and makes things right if there is a product problem. Your in a minority on service complaints.

Arcdroid support is sending me a new motherboard,

Sorry to hear you are having troubles my Freind.

For the record Original packaging is not 100% necessary for a return. However we strive to make sure you are happy with the machine first, hence the replacement parts.

I’m not personally aware of your case (Ken at Customer service has been helping you out) but if there is anything I can do to help let me know

@BobD Yep I’m a busy guy. just got back from the UK last week and now traveling back to Hong Kong and China at the end of next week.

Tech Support was able to ship out the motherboard,

Hopefully that will fix the issue.

Also found a washer on the bottom of Arcdroid,

That doesn’t look good,

Waiting for a call back from tech support.

We’ve sorted bob out wiht a new unit

Was definite manufacturing issue.

i did have some kind if power fault everything got fried the motherboard the two stepper boards and bigtreetech screen warranty have been very good and helped every step of the way i am very satisfied and back up and running now using a earth spike from the table to ground also a surge protector for arcdroid power supply no problems since running unimig razorcut 80a with x2 system.

ken from texas and connor from sydney hare and forbes machenery house have been excellent to deal with and would hapily reccomend anyone to buy one
