trying to update my new plus controller.I keep getting a : Update error;Udate files are corrupted.
tried updating new file from website to 3 different usb drives (went and bought 3 new ones) and keep getting the same message. Controller won’t display any thing other than the Update error.
Can’t get back to the main menu either. Just so Im sure do I put the whole file on the USB or just the .bin file. Tried both with the same results.

im not computer savy . Spent 8+ hours on this today. no answer at support phone. No help from forum ,as no one else appears to have had this issue. up grade was $700 and still haven’t cut anything. so frustrated. Time is money.
Is this the first time you have tried doing updates to the Arcdroid?
No i’ve kept up on the updates since I’ve had the machine. I may have been tired and frustrated yesterday when I wrote that last little bit. Come into my shop this morning. Put in the drive again and lo Iand behold it updated. I can only assume since I’m not a computer guy that the moon went into a different phase and everything was right this morning. Either way it’s up. I don’t care how and I’m ready to go again. For all those that took a look, and those that gave some advice I appreciate it and I appreciate this forum.
