Problem with a dxf file

I loaded a file I ourchased off of Etsy and when I plug my USB in and the file tries to download i get this screen

And when I push run it quickly flashes the stop and the right back to run and nothing happens.

Anyone have any ideas?

The first things that come to mind is that the origin is drawn way off from your zero,so the drawing is off to the side somewhere. The other is that the scale is way off, either way too big or way too small.

I would pan around and try and find it or use the origin button to see if it appears.

Next, I would change the scale setting (I would try 25%)

If all else fails, contact the seller

I did contact the seller and he sent it to me again with the same results. It’s not even showing up on my screen

II never did get that file to work and now have another one with the exact same issue.
I’m not sure how to get your email address for you to look at these and tell me what I am doing wrong.
