Problems with power max 30

I am trying to help my cousin with his plasma cutter. He had a friend borrow it and ended up burning a hole through the torch. He replaced it and when he tries to use it, it only creates a small spark and quits. He has taken it to a local service center and after spending $600 on parts it still doesn’t work. He decided to stop at this point and had me look at it. I inspected the circuit board and don’t see anything obvious with it. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
