New to Arcdroid and Fusion. I finished creating my design, and when going through Post Processing, the extension comes up as .gcode. How do I convert the .gcode to .NC code? I’m stumped.
its all the same - different apps use different extensions. Just rename it. It is a bit like JPG or JPEG etc the info inside is exactly the same - for some reason there was never an accepted GCODE extension standard. If you open the file with notepad you will see it’s just a simple text file with each line a new instruction.
Thank you Mathew for your quick response. I will try your suggestion today when I return home. Again, thank you.
Matt_UK is correct the extension is not standardized however they are all basically text files
ArcDroid is programmed to recognise a few different extensions “.G”, “.GCO”, “.GCODE”, “.NC”, “.NGC”
It saves files with .gcode as the default

I appreciate all the help, but it doesn’t look good. Can’t figure out how to change code so it’ll work on Arcdroid. this isn’t going well at all.
I don’t know what I did, but I was able to insert and run this version. Did a dry run without the torch and it worked.
