Raising the spare tire one inch to provide clearance for a receiver winch. Increasing the carrier’s strength and rigidity by increasing plate thickness. Traced perimeter of plate, then located holes with the cone of the nozzle shield and manually entered their dimensions. Worked perfectly.

Finished project. Again, the Arcdroid was used to modify my Teraflex spare tire carrier to provide extra clearance below, and modified bracketry on the winch itself to relocate all electronics. All of this was required to mount the winch without having to remove the spare or keep the tailgate open during operation. ABSOLUTELY DIG the improved accessibility and serviceability of the winch electronics, as well as the look of the exposed drum. Arcdroid is king at quickly making quality brackets on the fly!
