This is 11g (~1/8" plate). All 5 pieces cut using almost the max working area.

Ready for paint!
It has gotten pretty tight slipping over the shackles. I know it won’t come off very often, but it also won’t allow any paint because it will scrape off. Going to try and grind some off the outside of the shackles. Otherwise, just put some fluid film in between.

Last pic to wrap this up.
To accommodate the smaller size for the ArcDroid, you may have noticed I did this in a left-side/right-side then welded the two sides together. I did a rather decent job on cleaning up the weld then convinced myself the truck-bed liner type paint job would hide the remaining imperfections. Ha… that paint hides nothing and doesn’t have any of the thickness I anticipated.
