Trying to get the titanium 65 to pierce all the way through a 3/4-in plate and cut. Maybe I don’t have my settings set up right? Lost as to what to do
After those attempts I say your consumables are trashed… You really need to be doing an edge start.
As Bob says, with anything that thick with most machines you need to edge start.
My machine is rated for 1" but the manual recommends an edge start on anything over 5/8".
Try pre-drilling long wait time cover your hole with a thin sheet for touch off then move before cutting. Plan B rent a mag drill quick clean hole without a dreaded taper.
