10 GA mild, 22” wing span and a hefty 7 lbs! This sucker took quiet some time to get the scaling, kerf, and lead-ins just right for a perfect fit. It is fitted together with no welds and looks amazing. I am making several for friends and family that will be surface prepped, welded and primed so that they can pick whatever color scheme they’d like. I am leaving mine plain steel and experimenting with different clear coat finishes to get the desired look. I purchased the dxf on Etsy and used Fusion 360 for editing.
