Bought this file on Etsy a while ago, I knew it would be too big for the Arcdroid so asked the seller to split it for me. He willingly obliged and sent me three files.
It was designed for 3mm plywood but I tweaked the kerf a little and cut it from 4mm HR steel. It fitted together perfectly, a little like a jigsaw to get the parts together in the correct order but once I figured it out a very small TIG weld here and there secured it perfectly. It’s quite big at about 11 inches long by 6 inches tall and weighs a hefty amount.

Came out pretty nice.
Your project came out great. Good job keep
Looks great. Can you send the DXF?
I can only send you the link. https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/1703985396/?ref=share_ios_native_control
Thanks for the link! 4.99 USD is not a bad deal for a project of this scope.
Burning up old scrap and decided to put one of these together with no surface or edge prep to get a rustic look, and I really like how it turned out.
10 GA mild steel.
Scaled up just a tad so that the original fixture slotting would leave just enough tolerance for assembly without modifying kerf settings. The footprint is 13"L x 12W and this beast is HEAVY!
Nice ! Like it!
