Hi, I just updated both the firmware and simpletrace, looking at the version info (tapping 5 times on the logo) it shows the version it up to date. However when the machine is started it brings up an error message / screen saying machine firmware is out of date. Screen goes off after about 5 seconds.
Looks like the system firmware (located on the micro SD) hasn’t uploaded correctly but your simple trace firmware is current.
Disregard this post. I reloaded the firmware again and it has corrected itself. I reformatted the Micro SD card again and started from scratch. I can only think there was a problem with the micro sd card
