Im having trouble with this one drawing. Arc Droid keeps altering the drawing. What am I doing wrong?
The one end bracket draws appropriately while the other side is inverted or something. I’ve tried redrawing it on my cad multiple times in different methods. My dxf view on PC shows the file as it should be, but the arc Droid tablet alters it when making the g code I guess
That has to do with the DXF parser.
DXF is a 45 year old format so tons of little glitches and patches. Sometimes they break the algorithm.
That being said. We are constantly adding updates and fixes for this part of Simple Trace.
So if you haven’t updated you machine lately, you should! he issue may already be resolved in the current version. If you are up to date or an update does not solve your woes, shoot us an email with a copy of the problem file and we’ll have a look. Might even give us a new data point for the next update.
