I wanted to make a Rear Cargo Rack for my motorcycle, so this was a good chance to try cutting some Aluminum with the Arcdroid… After cutting, I had to do a fair amount of cleaning up on the sander. It’s not perfect, but it’s certainly not bad for the first attempt cutting Aluminum!
Heres a picture of a Tusk Rack that kind of inspired my design, and a picture of mine after cutting and after coating with black Berliner spray.
