doing the update for the first time and the reset button not working.
any way i can bypass the update screen to keep cutting
Yup just turn your machine off, count to 10 and back on again. It should have the same effect as the reset button

i did try that but it was stuck on a update screen.
i have taken it back to my supplier hare & forbes
there tec guys will fix the broken re set button.
