Trouble saving just says couldn’t create file

I installed the new update and now it won’t let me save anything, I tried a new usb stick but it still just say’s couldn’t create file. Any ideas?

I’ve seen that message when I forgot to plug in the USB stick……
I’d try formatting your memory stick and trying again.

This is a sure sign that your USB is corrupted or incompatible. You should be using a 32Gb or less and formatted in FAT32.

There is actually a formatting utility on the ArcDroid if you want to ensure compatibility. Settings->Touch Screen->Format USB
