I installed the vcarve post processor, and created a 1.5 mm tool to make a tool path. Everything appears to work, i save the tool path to usb, but when i load it on the arcdroid it is blank? I installed the Fusion post processor and when I save gcode out of fusion it works fine. Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

Are you sure it’s blank and not just Off the screen ?
If you don’t have your origin set properly the data may be there but just off screen.
Go into Trace and hit the transform button (first blue one) and tap the Origin button a few times. This will recalculate the origin of your drawing to match the origin of the machine.
