Arcdroid not firing plasma torch during operation

Just purchased my Arcdroid; it does not trigger the plasma torch during operation.

The stats:

  1. Primecut60 machine connected to its CNC port in the back.
  2. I can trigger the torch to fire if I short the two wires from the plasma CNC port.
  3. With a VOM (volt ohm meter), I read no trigger output from the Arcdroid back torch terminal panel.
  4. I hear no clicking from the torch relay on the motherboard when running it.
  5. I have ran the M3 g-code via the terminal to see if I can trigger it that method; nothing
  6. The lighting icon on the controller is enabled.
  7. The ground is attached; the plasma cutter is set to 2T. Air pressure is set at 65 psi.
  8. I have re-flashed the firmware and the trace firmware; result the same.
  9. I have written to support for help. They asked for a video to see if the torch panel terminal would close and produced a beeping sound. Short answer no. That was Tuesday, 22 September 2026. I have not heard from them since. I have sent them numerous replies, but still no answer.
  10. I have called their support num (705) 345-5702 many time; just a voicemail reply.

Please help.
