Cutting outer and inner shape in same file

Hi Everyone,
I am attempting to make a frame and am unable to figure out how to tell the Arcdroid not to cut between the 2 shapes and also start cut on the outside of the outer perimeter, and, cut from inside on the inner perimeter…
Any help is appreciated!

If you are designing in SimpleTrace, After you design your inner pattern click on the checkmark to finish it then start designing your outer shape. When done with the outer, click the checkmark to finalize it. You will see red lines for the cuts of the shapes and a white line for the move between shapes.
