I have been building this table to be adjustable for square tubing and a downdraft table as well. Still in the build stage. I would post some pictures, but I haven’t figured that out yet.
Looks good I like your parts catcher I may have to borrow that idea, are you going to be able to raise your arcdroid or use the open void to cut tube at the first of the month I’m going to start my fourth build same Droid but a better table, I’m going to incorporate a drop in welding fixture top.
I basically copied someone else on the forum.
Two linear rails and 2 linear actuators.
For a little over $100 and a few hours I’ve got about 15" adjustment, I don’t know that I will ever need that much, but I do, I have it.
@Brad VERY NICE!!!

I had some time today to mock up out of cardboard the filter and exhaust chamber today. This will be turned upside down to sit inside the filter cabinet.
Good mock up. I think you might want your inner baffle deeper. The plasma air stream is pretty intense. Other than at the center of the table you may get alot of smoke/dust coming back up that is not trapped by the ventilation. An inside baffle around the perimeter might redirect the blast downwards as it roils up.
Yes, I agree with you. I will also be using a high CFM fan to move air through it and the filters.
