Fusion 360 cant toolpath 1/4" hole

I’m trying to make a mounting bracket that needs some 1/4" holes and I keep getting errors on the toolpath for just these small holes. The rest of the part is fine. Does anyone know what I might have done wrong? I’ve attached a list of the errors. I have tried changing the lead in/ Lead out and the cut offset.

You are on the right track, I think. Try a 3mm straight lead in so it starts in the center of the hole.

What thickness of material? Even if you get it to try and cut you may be chasing your tail if the material is too thick for such a small hole and hope to get a clean cut.

Too long a lead in especially with a 90 deg lead can be an issue.
Pierce height can also cause it to skip a feature if it’s too small, depending on your kerf setting. Either set pierce to 0 and set it to what you want on the Droid.

Thanks,
I finally got it. It seems the problem was my 1/16" overlap at the end of the cut. I also changed lead in angle to 90 deg from 60. Lowered the pierce height, reduced the kerf size and ultimately had to do it as a center cut. I also had to draw the piece in 3d showing that it was 1/8 thick.

Jim this was 1/8" aluminum.
