Fusion 360 Gcode file error when uploading to controller

greetings all,

So far over the years, the Arcdroid has been great. I got away from DXF files and started to teach myself how to use Fusion360 to generate gcode files to make cutting painless.

in the last update to fusion360 ( 2 weeks ago roughly) I’ve been starting to see errors manifesting with i load my files via USB into the controller. For whatever reason, the lead-in arc gets blown out and becomes a huge circle. ( see pics )

above is the cut paths with lead-ins.. you will notice that the plate with the hole near 0,0 is normal in the file.. when i ran a simulation it cut normally also.

uploaded to the controller, and i have this oversized lead-in for some reason.

I am not a gcode god, and let fusion do all the heavy lifting, but i have had this happen to 2 other pieces in the last 2 weeks. So far my only “fix” has been to seperate the errant piece and redraw it in a new file, as a standalone part and create a new gcode file from their, but I cant believe their isnt something i am missing, or a better solution. Anyone have a solution or a fix for this?

be safe
