Ok so my first real cut with the laser 2 concentric circles for a lid on my vacuum chamber for a perforated casting flask. Both circles gas about 10mm uncut in the same place? I am sure I missed a setting, but not sure which one. Any help would be appreciated. Fixed it easily with a dremel, but would prefer to avoid it in the future.
Almost certianly it’s because your Pierce delay is too small.
The machine is already moving before the laser kicks on
Pierce delay holds still until delay times out. this gives a chance for your plasma/laser to blow thru
