Noticed the cuts are not finishing all the way, any thoughts machine is only a year old and only has been run 1x a month
Does the Droid stop moving during the circle or is the plasma cutter arc stopping?
I’ve had similar issues and found that if I set my off delay longer it made a complete and cut out circle. Mostly happens on smaller diameter circles as the torch speed seems to be faster on the small diameter holes.
Might need to set pierce delay up a bit? It looks like it is not piercing all the way thru before starting to move. But it seems odd that it seems to stop before getting back to where it looks like it started from. Is you plasma running out of air and shutting off before finishing cut?
Could be bad ground check your leads and ground to your peace not the table set your perse delay a little higher
