My Everlast 102i only fires at the edge and in direct contact with the steel plate. Do you have any advice on how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance!
are you ground to the part or the table? You must be directly grounded to the piece you are working with 2nd could you send pictures of your set up and the cutter turned on
That machine should have a auto restart of the arc setting, I’d say turn that on
Hi Jdd, The issue comes from the fuse. After piercing, the fuse burns, and the machine stops the welding arc. I have replaced the fuse with others, same Amperage, but the problem remains, do you think the cutter has an internal short circuit?

From reading the manual for your plasma on line I can give this for input.
That fuse is for the pilot arc. You could have the torch head assembly wrong, the piston in the tip may not be able to move, (operates with air). Or there is a circuit board problem internal to the plasma cutter.
