Experienced fabrication guy with a small machine shop but im computer illiterate so after researching the arc droid to aid me in making multiple repeat parts. After it arrived it took no time to set up and start making parts using the simple trace software, even got brave and clamped my track torch head in it to experiment with (need to rig up a gas solenoid to trigger the cut, but that will come later), over all super impressed with it especially for the price point. with a lil prodding from the wifey I also jumped in to learn fusion 360 and knocked out a bunch of valentine’s gifts to get some experience, shout out to “fab life” on youtube his fusion 360 video was a huge help. I look forward to learning more from this group, and i believe this will help take my fabrication business to the next level.
