New to arcdroid. Made some good cuts but now I keep having the y-axis wander to the right. I’ll set an origin then watch the x-axis position get progressively more negative when the arm isn’t moving. Not sure what’s happening. Twice I’ve done a successful calibration, made a few good cuts with the origin staying put, then it will start moving along the x-axis at about -10mm/s. Any help?
This is s a grounding issue with your X2 it is not anything to do with calibration…
The X2 control box needs good contact with the silver rail it rides on in order to operate properly. Make sure you have the box position properly under the metal tab on the slide plate and make sure the top of the silver encoder rail is clean (possibly even give it a scuff with some Scotchbright) this should fix the issue
Note you should ALWAYS disconnect your X2 before doing a calibration

Thanks so much! That’s a huge help. Figured it was some kind of grounding issue with the X2 as it worked fine after unplugging those connections yesterday.
