Problem with calibrating a new unit

I just received my unit and trying to do the first calibration. when I got it, it would home. I went through all the steps and also have watched the video before doing it. after performing the calibration, the unit tried to home and it just puts the arm straight out and gives an error. I have tried resetting it also changing back to default settings. I have tried the G code G28K and I’ll give the same results. Also updated the unit.

Any help would be appreciated as I have the time today and want to get this up and running. thanks

After downloading did you remove the USB and SD card and reboot give that a try.

Thanks for the information. I in fact had the card still in. But after removing it and performing a reboot, but I have the same issues.
