Reboots/ reset after finishing a cut

Just run into a problem to day (typically :frowning_face:) cutting the last part of a project.

Been using the droid for about almost 10 months with out problems… But today it just started rebooting/resetting after its finishes its a cut.

It will dry run fine, but after enabling the cutter it has a problem. Even without a plasma connected (so as to rule out HF) you can hear the relay for the cutter fire it then goes through the motions but 30sec after as you hear the relay click to switch the cutter off it does a complete restart all the time every time, since switching on today.

The torch is not retracting at the end of the cut either. Almost like it’s stuck at that part of the code.

Did you try reloading the firmware?

Having same issue. Just posted my issue, didn’t see this post before hand. What ended up fixing this?

We discovered a glitch that will make the ArcDroid reboot if you leave the Micro SD card in the slot after updating the Firmware.

basically it’s constantly trying to talk to the SD card and it eventually corrupts and overflows the SD.

Simple fix. Remove the Micro SD after doing an update. Problem goes away
