Cutting issues

Good afternoon,

Let me start off by saying we haven’t used this machine a whole lot since buying it. Nevertheless we are having issues cutting squares and circle out. The shapes themselves are not squares nor are the cut straight through the material (cutting beveled). The circles are really just ovals.

I have been using the shape tools inside the controller rather than tracing to ensure it’s not me on that regard

I have updated to the current releases on both sides of the machine and we use a hypertherm 85 as are cutter

@Brookdroid based on your pictures and description, you definitely need to recalibrate. Also the beveled cuts are due to a weak ground. If you already haven’t, buff a section of the plate you are trying to cut and ground directly to that. Good Luck!
