Help with code “file to big “

Hello , I have a buddy that creates files for me . When loading my arc droid it will always say file to big . So I’ll have to size it down .86 . I can never cut anything over 12” .tall or wide . I see parts, and other things being cut bigger
on YouTube etc . Can I PLEASE get help on my cutting options . Or any suggestions I can give my designer . I have alot of Xmas pieces to cut and sheeessshh the frustration that comes with it … HELP PLEASE .

Using a larger smoothing or tolerance parameter will fix it. 0.1mm or 0.004 inch is more than enough detail.

On my arc droid or from my friends side

Your friend, if he’s sending you the gcode file. If sending you a DXF. Still may be a formatting issue.
