New here. Hopefully posting correctly and in the right place. Recently bought an Arcdroid and X2. Its mounted to a Texas Metal Works table. Using a Titanium 65 with a Plasmadyn Torch. Learning curve was easier than I planned on. Off and running with pretty clean cuts. I did run into an issue with the X2, this has to be operator error, but I can’t figure it out. I eventually figured out a work around, but I would like to know the solution. For conversation purposes, I made a square bigger than the cut area. When cutting on the X1 side it will start in the top left corner, continue on side 1 (see drawing, dotted line is the divider mark in the x2 programming) and stop at the end of side 2 at the divider mark. It picks up and heads over to 3 (in the drawing) but the torch does not start. It just follows the path. Hopefully that makes sense. What am I doing wrong? The second half, the X2 side is fine, because it will cut the three sides continuously. My work around was to start the cut in the middle of the square and place the divider line directly the starting point. This way it cut three continuous sides, basically dividing the square in half. I am also having an issue with the cuts lining up. They are barely off, but they are off. Machine is lined up on the arrows on the sled. Appreciate any help. Thank you.
Do you have pictures of the set up? And are you grounded to the piece of steel or table you got to be grounded to the steel not the table I use a magnet ground that way the clamp does not get in the way.
