Have the torch clamped in the right position. Have new consumables have the new file and firmware updated currently noticing as the z probe goes up and down either with torch or stylus does not show any numbers on the bottom of the screen seems to work fine. If I turn off the machine for one day and come back the next then it will probe but only for two to three cuts then stops completely. Nothing is touching the cable this is a brand new machine

Your getting interference from your plasma cutter to close to your controller and Droid put it on the floor or build a shelf underneath second use shielded cable’s also move away from the breaker on the wall, then turn everything off then back on Droid first
