When i ordered my ArcDroid I also ordered the X2. I built a nice downdraft table and mounted the X2 to the rear side with the brackets provided. I quickly mounted everything and calibrated the machine and started using it. From the beginning I had problems with clean cuts and many times the plasma didn’t cut all the way through. I thought it was because I was cutting 1/4 in plate and had a cheap plasma tourch. Well, the other day I was watching the touch touch off and realized the machine was tilting back as it did so. I figured out that the lower support bar ( 3/4 angle) was flexing so today I re-inforced it with square tube, re-leveled everything and re-calibrated. Wow, what a difference. I had to adjust the cut speed and cut height but now I am getting perfect cuts with very little dross. I pays to take your time and get evrything set up correctly.
